Port Services


Port services extend from when the vessels dock at the port until they depart and include monitoring the procedures related to the services that both the vessel and the customer receive at the port and providing the necessary coordination.

Purpose of the Training Session

The purpose is to equip trainees with the following skills: Identifying the purpose of the documents used in the Port Services Unit

Explaining the procedures carried out when performing the official arrival and departure checks for a vessel

Stating the possible differences between information on official documents and the customer’s documents

Performing the necessary procedures for the services that are provided to the vessel

Coordinating with other units to generate documents
